Kirim Pesan, menu Bahasa Indonesia & harga yang jujur
Kirim Pesan — broadcast dengan laporan per kontak
Pilih grup pelanggan, tempel daftar harga atau promo, kirim sekarang atau jadwalkan (WIB) — lalu baca laporannya: terkirim berapa, gagal berapa, siapa saja, dan apa alasannya. Kiriman berulang tiap minggu bisa dijeda kapan saja.
Buat otomasi dari 3 pertanyaan — dan langsung Aktifkan
Wizard menanyakan kolom tanggal yang benar-benar ada di data Anda, kirim H-berapa, dan jam kirim — lalu tombol Aktifkan ada di langkah terakhir. Untuk tagihan bulanan ada pilihan baru: Ulangi tiap bulan, tanpa unggah ulang data.
Menu dan halaman utama berbahasa Indonesia
Kirim Pesan, Pelanggan, Grup Pelanggan, Otomasi, Koneksi WhatsApp & Email — menu, dashboard, halaman harga, dan pendaftaran kini berbahasa Indonesia. Workspace enterprise tetap memakai tampilan Inggris.
Jam kirim 08.00–20.00 WIB ditegakkan mesin
Pengingat penagihan yang akan keluar di luar jam itu ditunda otomatis ke jam buka berikutnya — tercatat sebagai "Ditunda" di laporan, bukan terkirim jam 23.00. Sejalan kaidah jam penagihan OJK/AFPI.
Balas STOP = berhenti otomatis
Pelanggan yang membalas STOP atau BERHENTI otomatis tidak menerima broadcast promo lagi — di semua channel. Laporan kiriman menghitung siapa yang dilewati, dan pengingat transaksi (tagihan, servis) tetap berjalan.
Meter kuota terlihat semua peran
Pemakaian pesan 30 hari kini tampil di Beranda untuk admin dan anggota tim — bukan hanya pemegang akses tagihan — lengkap dengan peringatan saat kuota tersisa 20%.
Harga dan kemampuan apa adanya
SMS dan Voice ditandai "Segera hadir" di semua halaman sampai benar-benar bisa dipakai. Total tagihan termasuk PPN tampil sebelum Anda membayar, dan setiap paket dilindungi garansi uang kembali 10 hari.
